Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, the data subject may exercise the following rights:

access: confirmation as to whether or not the data subject’s personal data are being processed and the right to access such data; requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive cannot be honored;
rectification: to correct or obtain the correction of personal data if it is inaccurate or outdated, and to have it completed if it is incomplete;
erasure/right to be Forgotten: to obtain, in certain cases, the erasure of the personal data provided; this is not an absolute right, as the Companies may have legitimate or legal grounds for retaining it;

Pursuant to Article 2-undicies of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the exercise of the data subject’s rights may be delayed, restricted, or excluded, provided that a reasoned notice is given without delay, unless such notification would compromise the purpose of the restriction, for the duration and to the extent that this constitutes a necessary and proportionate measure, taking into account the fundamental rights and legitimate interests of the data subject, in order to safeguard the interests referred to in paragraph 1, letters a) (protected interests regarding money laundering), e) (to the conduct of defense investigations or the exercise of a right in court), and f) (to the confidentiality of the identity of an employee who reports unlawful acts of which he or she has become aware by reason of his or her position). In such cases, the data subject’s rights may also be exercised through the Data Protection Authority in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article 160 of the same Decree. In such cases, the Data Protection Authority shall inform the data subject that it has carried out all necessary verifications or conducted a review, as well as of the data subject’s right to file a judicial appeal.
